Aches and stiffness can make ordinary days harder than they need to be. Our physiotherapists listen first, check how you move, and explain what they find in plain words.

You leave with a plan you can follow. It usually includes a few exercises that fit around work and family, and an idea of what to expect over the next few weeks. We keep our time unhurried, so you can ask questions as you go, and we write down anything you want to remember.

Fees are in our fees list, and when you are ready you can book an appointment or read what to expect at your first visit.

What it can help with

  • Lower back pain
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Sore knees and hips
  • Sprains and strains
  • Recovery after surgery
  • Stiff joints
  • Neck-related headaches
  • Desk and posture aches

What to expect

  1. We talk about what is bothering you and what you want to get back to.
  2. We check how you move.
  3. You leave with a plan and a few exercises to do at home.

How care usually unfolds

A common pattern, not a promise. You agree your own plan with your clinician.

  1. First visit

    Talk, check, plan

We listen to your story, look at how you move and agree a plan. You usually leave with a few exercises to try at home.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Settling things down

You often start the exercises and learn what to ease off for now. Many people find everyday movement starts to feel a little easier.

  3. Weeks 3 to 6

    Building strength

Exercises usually get a bit harder as you get stronger. We check in on how you are going and adjust the plan if needed.

  4. After that

    Staying on top of it

Many people need fewer visits as time goes on. We often leave you with a simple routine to keep going, and you can book again whenever you like.

Common questions

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book without one. Some funds and plans do ask for a referral, so check with them first.

What should I wear?

Something loose that lets us see and move the sore area, like shorts or a T-shirt.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the problem. We explain the plan at your first visit, and you decide what to do next.

Can I claim this on my health cover?

Many people can claim part of the fee, but cover differs between funds and plans. Check with your fund or insurer before you come. We give you an itemised receipt after every visit.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. A family member or friend is welcome, and you can ask them to wait outside at any point.
