How your first visit works

  1. Ask for an appointment on our booking page or call us. Tell us the service you would like and a time that suits you.
  2. We reply within 1 business day to confirm your time.
  3. Bring what you need on the day, listed below.
  4. After your visit we agree a plan with you and book any follow-up.

What to bring

Bring your Medicare card and private health fund card if you have them. Bring any referral letter or GP plan. Wear clothes you can move in.

Forms

You fill in your forms in our practice system. We send you a link after we confirm your time. Please finish them before you arrive. We do not ask about symptoms or health history on this website. You share those with your clinician at your visit.
