How do I ask for an appointment?
Use our booking page, or call us. We reply within 1 business day to confirm your time.
Do I need a referral?
Not to see most of our team. Some funds, plans and workplace schemes need one, so check before you book.
What does a first visit cost?
Our fees list shows every service. The fee for your first visit is the same price as it is on that page. Prices are samples.
Can I claim some of the cost back?
Many people can claim part of the cost from a health fund or benefits plan. Ask your fund what it covers. Our fees page shows what may apply.
What should I bring?
Bring your card or plan details, a list of questions and anything your referrer gave you. We never ask for health details on this website.
What if I need to cancel?
Please tell us at least one business day before. Read our cancellation policy for the detail.
Is the building easy to get into?
Yes. There is a step-free entrance and an accessible toilet. Read more on our contact page.
What if it is an emergency?
Call the emergency number shown on our contact page. Do not use this website for an emergency.
Do you see children?
Our dentists and physiotherapists see children. Ask when you book if you are not sure.
