Cancellations
Please tell us at least one business day before your visit. We may charge a part of the fee if you miss a visit without telling us. See our terms for the detail.
How to pay
You pay at the end of your visit by card or in cash. We give you a receipt you can send to your cover provider.
Medicare and health funds
Medicare only helps with the fee where your GP has made a plan for you and referred you. Most private health funds pay a rebate for some services. Check your level of cover with your fund before you book.
Extended health benefits
Many extended health plans cover part of the fee. We can bill some plans directly. Check your cover with your provider before you book, and ask us if you are not sure.
