A good clean can make your mouth feel fresher and help you look after your gums. Sam is an oral health therapist who takes his time, tells you what he is doing and goes at your pace.

You will also get simple, friendly tips for brushing and flossing. They are tailored to your mouth, and there is no lecture. If your gums need a closer look, we will explain why and what comes next.

Fees are in our fees list, and when you are ready you can book an appointment or read what to expect at your first visit.

How care usually unfolds

A common pattern, not a promise. You agree your own plan with your clinician.

  1. Before you come

    Booking and reminders

We confirm your time and send a text reminder. Tell us if you feel nervous, and Sam will plan a slower pace.

  2. At the visit

    A careful clean

Sam checks your gums and teeth, then cleans away plaque and tartar. He explains each step and you can ask for a break.

  3. The same day

    Simple tips for home

You usually leave with brushing and flossing tips that suit your mouth. We tell you what to expect over the next day or two.

  4. Six months on

    Your next clean

Many people come back about every six months. Sam will tell you what suits you, and we can book it before you leave.

Who offers this

Common questions

What if I feel nervous?

Tell us when you book or at the visit. Your hygienist will go slowly and explain each step.

What happens after a clean?

Your hygienist will tell you what to expect and what to do next.

Do I need a check-up first?

Not always. We tell you when you book if we need to see the dentist as well.

Can I claim this on my health cover?

Many people can claim part of the fee, but cover differs between funds and plans. Check with your fund or insurer before you come. We give you an itemised receipt after every visit.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. A family member or friend is welcome, and you can ask them to wait outside at any point.
