When you ask for an appointment we collect your name, phone, email, the service you want and a time that suits you. We do not ask about symptoms, health history or medicines on this website. You share those with your clinician at your visit.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, to confirm and remind you about visits, and to keep our records. You can ask to see or fix your details at any time. Call us or use the contact page.
Australian law
We follow the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We send texts and emails under the Spam Act 2003. We only send marketing if you agree, and every message tells you how to stop.
