Tom works with runners, cyclists and team players. He runs the rehab gym and builds plans around the sport you want to get back to.
Tom likes to see how you move, not just where it hurts. He often watches you walk, squat, hop or run before he decides what to work on. Then he builds a program in stages, so you always know what comes next.
He has a special interest in running injuries, cycling niggles and the knocks that come with team sport. He looks after the rehab gym, and many people do part of their program there with him close by.
Tom has played club football for most of his life and now coaches a junior team on Sunday mornings. He is a keen, if slow, cyclist and a firm believer in a good breakfast.
